Lifestyle medicine is a rapidly growing medical practice whose core principles echo the wisdom of ancient physicians like Hippocrates, while being firmly grounded in modern scientific evidence. The American College of Lifestyle Medicine describes this practice as:
“Lifestyle medicine is the evidence-based medical specialty that treats root causes with therapeutic lifestyle interventions. Grounded in six interconnected pillars, lifestyle medicine treats, reverses, and prevents chronic conditions like type 2 diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease and more.”

Hi, I am Coach Bebe Wilkinson, a certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach (LMC) and also a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBCHWC). My interest in Lifestyle Medicine started in 2004, when I had to quit my corporate job due to poor health. Lifestyle medicine brought me back to life and I have been passing the blessing forward ever since. I received my NBCHWC certification in 2017, and my LMC certification in 2020.
I work primarily with midlife women who:
• Need support to navigate chronic illness
• Desire to look and feel their best as they age
• Desire to reduce their risk of developing chronic conditions
• Struggle emotionally with midlife overwhelm
• Struggle with healthy habits
My one-on-one coaching programs, retreats and workshops are rooted in the pillars of lifestyle medicine and my proprietary 3-H Coaching Approach.

One-on-One Coaching
I offer several 1-on-1 Coaching programs built to address your specific concerns and implement lifestyle medicine practices to improve your wellbeing. I also offer programs that focus on a variety of topics, such as managing chronic illnesses and building sustainable healthy habits.
Wellness Retreats
I offer four days destination wellness retreats and half day local mini retreats for groups of women who want to connect deeper with each other while nurturing their individual well-being. My wellness retreats address mental, physical and emotional health by restoring calm, clarity and connection, while promoting joy, fulfillment and self-love.
Corporate & Group Workshops
Do you know a group who would all benefit from practicing lifestyle medicine? I offer workshops to introduce your group to lifestyle medicine and give participants the information they need to make easy and applicable tweaks to their lives to help improve their health and wellness.
